1. Donations (Voluntary Contributions)

All donations made to Shree Azad Singh Memorial Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable.

Once a donation has been made, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.

We request donors to thoroughly review the donation amount and cause before proceeding with the transaction.
2. Event or Program Registrations (If Applicable)

If you have registered for a paid event or program organized by the Foundation and wish to cancel, please contact us at info@ngoshreeasm.in within 48 hours of payment.

Refunds for events or registrations may be processed only if the cancellation request is received at least 7 days prior to the event date.

Processing fees, if any, may be deducted from the refund.
3. Duplicate Transactions

Upon verification, the excess amount will be refunded through the same payment method within 7–10 working days.
4. Payment Gateway Charges

Any transaction fee charged by the payment gateway will not be refunded under any circumstances.
